WHOAREMARO is a collaborative project of visual artists, Mikee Atendido and Rocky Ola, which is centered on creating events to gather and strengthen the creative community. Last July 2, they hosted The Lifedrawing Setup, a premium figure drawing event that showcases the male and female body in a truly artistic form. Each of the models will hold different poses for the artists to illustrate in the medium of their liking. To be honest, I was surprised that we have this kind of events in the metro and with more than 50 artists in attendance, I think it's safe to say that there is a great appreciation for such art form. The event was complete with good music, craft beer, specialty coffee and equally good conversations all around.
