Satchmi has been providing us with the best of vinyl since 2012, but these were only made available online until they opened their first store in SM Megamall in 2014. From then, they expanded their selection of records, turntables, film cameras, magazines and other printed materials. Satchmi also became a destination for coffee lovers, as they served specialty coffee from EDSA BDG. Fast forward to today when Satchmi has gained enough traction for their brand, enough to give them a second branch (which is yet to open in UP Town Center) and a store expansion for their first one in Megamall. Last July 12, Satchmi launched their upgraded store to media and friends. The new space housed a wide selection of records, rolls of film, and other lifestyle products. To complete the Satchmi experience, they built a café that served sandwiches, soup and other comfort food. The only thing missing when one wants to spend the whole day at their space.
