Makati: The Legaspi Village

Most of the people today are already familiar with the growing shops around Legaspi Village. Rappler sat down with a few of the entrepreneurs to tackle on how they have managed to open such doors to the neighborhood. Yardstick's owners cater their world full of experiences from different coffee industry or culture. Right next to Yardstick is Your Local, a restaurant that brings a community that can satisfy their cravings through Western dishes with Southeast Asian tweaking. Both of these establishments turned a big space from nothing to something. The Curator is not your typical specialty coffee shop. By night, the place turns into a bar that serves hand-crafted cocktails. This proves that Makati can handle the combination that The Curator embodies. Signet is a shop that can delight a gentleman's daily clothing necessities, which also perfectly fits into the area's demography of businessmen. These uprising establishments deliver personal experience, yet still keeping up with today's standards. Learn more about these shops and their objectives here.
