Board game cafes are evidently all the rage in the metro, and Game Over PH in Quezon City is here to step up the game. A bar + gaming haven, the newly-opened restaurant unites city-dwellers that share the love for food, games, and booze.
Game Over PH dubs itself as the “heaven on earth for all types of gamers,” and for good reason. The restaurant houses the latest gaming gadgets like PS4 consoles, desktop computers, and a Nintendo Wii where customers can play PC games like Counter Strike, DOTA, and Rainbow 6. For the throwback-happy patrons, nostalgic consoles like arcade machines and Game Boys are also available. Even analog gamers can find something to be happy about, as board games like Avalon, Daybreak, Munchkin Axe Cop, Uno, and Monopoly are also offered.
Aside from the selection of games, snacks such as nachos, ribs, pizza, and sandwiches are served. An in-house bartender is also present for your cocktail needs. Game Over PH is located at 31 Xavierville Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City, and is open from 4pm to 1am. Only customers aged 13 and above are allowed.
