Filipino beat-maker and producer, Similarobjects has partnered with The One School to launch an electronic music school, the Cosmic Sonic Arts program. Jorge Juan B. Wieneke V, or more known as Similarobjects, have been teaching music and sound courses in De La Salle College of Saint Benilde and The One School for a while already, on top of being a successful music producer. The opportunity to put up an electronic music school could not come at a more ideal time, amid electronic music's prominence locally with Jorge's passion and experience in teaching sound. Cosmic Sonic Arts or CoSA is created to cater to different musical interests such as producing, beat-making, sound design and more. And to effectively impart knowledge under those subjects, Similarobjects partnered with other Filipino producers, beat-makers and musicians to create a highly-skilled and experienced faculty. They are; Madz Abubakar aka Abdel Aziz, Andrew Florentino of GMA Network, Nicholas Lazaro aka Moonwlk, Justin De Guzman of Deeper Manila, Russell Manaloto of Faspitch, Asch Catabona of The Patron Saint Family, Allan Malabanan aka Lustbass, Allen Dave Articulo of Audio Brewery, John Paul Del Mundo aka JohnPope and of course, Jorge Juan B. Wieneke V aka Similarobjects. The educators are in-charge of specific classes like "Audio Mixing Techniques and Concepts 101", "Subtractive Colors: Synthesis with Sylenth", "Ableton Live 101; Electronic Music History 101" and a lot more.
