Coming to the Philippines this August 21, 2015, is Volcom's Wild in the Parks, an amateur skateboard contest series that is part of the Volcom "Let The Kids Ride Free" initiative. Volcom Philippines is hosting the local Wild in the Parks for the first time with Backyard Skatepark in hopes of finding the best Filipino skateboarder a chance to compete at the Volcom x The Berrics Wild in the Parks in Los Angeles, California on October 17, 2015. On the Philippines edition of the Wild in the Parks, there will be two free divisions for local skateboarders to compete on, the open division and the 21 and under. Skateboarders who will join the open division will have the chance to win the all expense paid trip to Global Championships in Los Angeles.
