Last March 28, women from different walks of life gathered in Habitual Coffee to celebrate "Woman, Create The Prelude: Talking Creations & Wonder Women." A series of art workshops and creative talks from Raine Sarmiento, Kat Santos, Reese Lansangan, Lara Antonio & Tony Battung was held to help inspire and support this fundraising movement. Live music from Ja Q, Luxe Calip, Reese & Vica, and Rizza Cabrera also serenaded the quaint coffee shop that beautiful Saturday afternoon.
After the success of the first installation of this two-part movement, the second and final one is well on its way with "Woman, Create: Design the Wonder Woman In You" happening on April 11, 11AM to 9PM at Topshelf, Fully Booked High Street. This culminating installation aims to gather women through a fashion and arts pop-up bazaar heightened with again, creative talks and art workshops. Gracing this wonderful occasion with their stories of inspiration are Sofia Cope, Kay Aranzanso, Mawee Borromeo, Marla Miniano and The Better Story. There will also be musical performances from BP Valenzuela, Aia de Leon, Toni B., TheSunManager, and Kai Honasan among others.
