In this 7th episode of the web series Taste, David Ong of Edsa Beverage Design Group and The Curator Coffee and Cocktails shares about his mindset changes in terms of his perspective about coffee. He elaborates on the complexity of coffee and he describes it as a “streamline of processes”. “Taste” for him includes all of the five senses. Each sensation we feel has its own purpose and function which combines everything together.
