After a long time of not producing an original track, Nights of Rizal releases a new flavor with Penelope (Made Up). The track is his first release from his upcoming Summer/Salt album. A post-disco and chillwave track that retains NoR's sound, nostalgic but progressive. He expresses an attraction to a woman in control, a bittersweet happening of wanting and not getting. Though it's a sad story as it suggests, Nights of Rizal makes it rather exciting, breezing the listener with a continuous upbeat that leaves a moment to ponder but instead brings you to a feel-good mood.
