The term "Single Origin" is oftentimes associated with coffee grown within a single known geographic origin, or at least that's how Google defines it, but for those who are always on the lookout for new food places, Single Origin is this newly opened café in Bonifacio High Street Central, which also happens to serve single-origin Lamill coffee.
Open daily at 7am, Single Origin is a food haven for all you breakfast lovers. They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day -- imagine stuffing your face with their humongous pancakes first thing in the morning, day made thanks to Single Origin. Aside from their food offerings, they also have a wide selection of coffees & teas, wines, craft beers & specialty cocktails. So, whether it's for pre-game or a perk-me-up, they have just about anything to satisfy that craving. And while everyone else is going clean & minimalist, Single Origin gives us an industrial feel with its interiors having a mix of wood, metal and concrete.
