Meet Emel Rowe -- a rising underground DJ in Metro Manila and resident at infamous TIME, often closing his sets at the wee hours of the morning. Great DJs don't need to have years of experience under their sleeve, sometimes late bloomers may just have an ear for the crowd and can provide what they want to hear. Emel started professionally DJing for only a few years, but he definitely knows how to read a crowd and can range from Disco to 134 bpm Techno, which is very mature for his career.
