Happening on the 14th of September 2013, Saturday, in Naga City; this third installment of the most prestigious tattoo competition in the Bicol Region will be presented by Monster Energy Philippines. Registration will be in the morning from 10AM to 12NN. The on-the-spot competition will officially start at 1PM and will run until 5PM. Awarding ceremony will be from 8PM onwards.
A brainchild of Whuaaat?!! Production, this annual tattoo expo combined with a skate tournament has been promoting aspiring Bicolano tattoo artists to the body-art universe since its inception in 2011. This resulted into some local tattoo artists going full-time after joining the competition. It is evident for the fact that four tattoo shops had popped out in Naga City for the past two years. According to the organizers, the competition's rise into local popularity is an indication that more Bicolanos are beginning to accept the tattoo culture as years have passed thus this motivates them to keep the ink flowing.
