Local talent is very overlooked, a lot really doesn't know how much we have. Get acquainted this coming May 11, 2013 in an exhibition of intricately beautiful paintings by Soleil Ignacio at Vinyl On Vinyl. The exhibition is titled "Exalted Souls", a fitting one as to how Soleil creates her illustrations. Her meticulous work on each of their eyes makes it hard to not be mesmerized by each work.
