ThreeDown: KcufHD Promo #1

Local streetwear brand Threedown provides a preview of things to come with the first promo clip for their upcoming video KcufHD. This skate and bmx audio-visual presentation features Christian Cuyos, Joshua Barba, Jay Mckay, & Roel Sadsad and is produced and directed by kytd. Witness some of what the crew has been through so far as they session and have fun on different spots around the metro. Shot and edited by Ken Yamaguchi.

Kid Cudi in Manila: Wanderland Headliner

It was announced earlier at the Morning Rush radio show that Kid Cudi is the headliner for this year's outdoor music festival, Wanderland. A few moments after, news spread online including a post by social news website, Rappler which Scott Mescudi, more known as Kid Cudi, retweeted on his Twitter account. If that's not confirmation, we don't know what else would confirm it. With the announcement, they also announced the comeback of the pop band, Hale which disbanded in 2010. Wanderland 2015 is scheduled to happen on April 25, 2015 at the Globe Circuit Events Ground in Makati. More details can be seen in their official website, while tickets will be available by January 25, 2015.

Mark Fernandez for Symbolic Skateboards

Local skate shop Calle starts their year by adding another talented rider to their skate team. Here's the welcome video of Mark Fernandez to announce his inclusion to Symbolic Skateboards, one of the board brands that Calle carries and distributes. With this move, you can expect upcoming Calle videos to have a nice dose of handrail assaults from the Bicolano ripper. His massive pop and steady diet of rail and hubba tricks has been well-documented thanks to previously-released Bicol-based skate videos Pantomina Menor and Skatezophrenia series. Plus Mark bagged the crown at the Vans Philippine Skate Championship 2014, so we can expect him to prove that he's up to much more four-wheeled goodness. Filmed and edited by Alken Estrada.

Lost In The Philippines 2014

Another year of adventures has just ended for Renan Barco, a 20 –something designer who loves to travel. Renan collected video snippets from his every weekend getaways - for the whole of 2014. He used his GoPro Hero3 to document these adventures of his. Renan was able to discover 45 most breath-taking views and places all over the Philippines in just a year. From the untouched beaches to the summit of Mt. Apo. Surely, nothing beats experiencing new places and even meeting new people. These trips was just incredible and clearly showed his thrill for adventure in this almost 4 – minute video below:

Adidas Originals x American Dad Stan Smith

The Adidas Stan Smith had a monumental year last year with heaps of releases and collaborations with different artists and brands. One of the more interesting ones to drop was this tie-up with the animated series "American Dad". The collaboration sees the tennis silhouette in its classic white and green colorway, only with the cartoon "Stan Smith" taking the place of his tennis legend namesake on the tongue, as well as special insole design. This collaboration is now available in limited quantities at Adidas Greenbelt 3.

Ryoku - Window Seat feat. Clara Benin

New in the local electronic scene, Ryoku has just released a magnificent track that features the serene-sounding singer, Clara Benin. This past year, we saw the sudden increase in number of local electronic producers, and we're sure it won't slow down any time soon. Ryoku finds a very appealing niche in this track, taking electronic music to its more mellow and sentimental element. "Window Seat" evokes a cool feeling inside, while tapping a carefree sentiment. It's a delightful gloomy sundown track while with someone you care about, at the window seat.
