Beat maker, SimilarObjects comes out with a track with Filipino US-based soothing singer June Marieezy and Loquela called 'lookingforthemagic'. The collaborative track is a great testament how our connectivity nowadays are very efficient. Artists from different countries can literally work together without being together. Plus, this track proves how it can be as effective. Synth heavy with soothing tunes and voices complete this track's mellow chill feel. Listen to the track below.

The Artisan Collection VI Lookbook
at
12.9.13
After a year or two of being absent and somewhat no signs of life, The Artisan is back to redefine clothing. Looking to maintain the brand this time, they return in big-time fashion for their sixth collection overall. Collaborating work with a bunch of names in the industry - Cholo dela Vega, Roman Olivarez, Robbie Becroft, Pauline Suarez, Melvin Rodas, Ej Reyes and Nikko Martinez. The collection is all about recurring good memories and a reminder of how beautiful things can be - it is quite true, in relation to how the world seems so face-paced, and routine, there not much time to appreciate the things around us. The Artisan plays with the color Black, presenting the thread in five different fabrics. They go by the saying, "Not meant to adorn but to be worn and treated as what they are; pieces of clothing." The collection is consisted of a Bomber Jacket, Baseball Jersey, Kimono and a couple of t-shirts. The Artisan gives us an outlet to show how we could infuse our own style with their pieces - wear it the way you want. This gives us a reason to be utterly excited for things to come from The Artisan. It's definitely great to have them back.

Don't Blame The Kids Co. September 2013 Collection
at
10.9.13
It's been awhile since we've written about Don't Blame The Kids Co., and the brand has just gotten bigger and bigger ever since it broke ground in the local scene. Very much known for their unorthodox-styled pocket tees and vibrant patterned button-downs - it has already developed into their staple foundation, and they've grown from that, have developed from it, and have definitely expanded through it. The brand has not been carried away by straying away from their beliefs and unique style, they've basically stayed grounded and it has maintained them in the industry. Their September collection features these staple threads - featuring four new pocket tees, as it makes it's return; a basic tee that delivers right through with its simplicity; and several patterned button-downs to catch some attention. You can't sleep on this brand, and it's a good idea to be on the lookout for future drops form DBTKCO. Check them out on Facebook.
