Streetwear retail concept store, Trilogy is set to open a new door. Going back a little nearer to where the very first Trilogy store was established, this new one will be inside Glorietta 3. Same feel and attitude as the other operational branches; providing everyone with a dose of streetwear culture through international streetwear brands. Stussy, UsVsThem, UNDFTD, Illest, Vans and more will be available in-store, plus their newest brand addition; HUF. Expect a full blast streetwear experience tomorrow at 2pm in their newest store.

Proud Race Fall / Winter 2013-2014 'Talibanned'

Local fashion brand Proud Race has recently released their Fall / Winter 2013-2014 offering. The collection is titled 'Talibanned' which is proper on how they created and presented the designs. The play on rebelliousness and heavy metal inspirations gave way to a well-put together set of clothes. It includes sweatshirts, sweat pants, over-sized tees, hoodies, over-sized backpacks, all-over printed dresses, and more. The design uniformity of their collection is not only seen within their main theme, but also through the colors they use, which is almost always their signature aesthetic. Beauty is a Sanctuary: Herakut in Manila

German street art duo, Herakut, is comprised of Jasmin Siddiqui, or "Hera," and Falk Lehman, "Akut." Coming from different artistic backgrounds the two create an interesting combination of elements and styles which makes an aesthetic truly "Herakut". The prolific duo are recognized for their haunting realistic imageries and dark romantic characters which almost seem to express a visual narrative on it's own. 8th La Union Surf Break: Soul Surf

The Philippines is no stranger to the ever-growing surf lifestyle and culture. In fact, we are a home to more surfing spots than we actually realize; La Union is just one of these locations. That being said, on the 24th to 27th of October, the province of La Union, with the help of The Philippine Department of Tourism, presents "Soul Surf", an annual surf event promoting the beauty of the Philippines as well as the culture of surfing. For its 8th year celebration, the event aims to rekindle the roots of surfboarding and La Union's lively culture through combining surf with music and the arts. The event will not only appeal to surfers, but also music-enthusiasts as the event will feature a diverse line-up of musical artists from the local scene (Franco, Salamin, Nix Damn P, and more) to the international scene (Panic City, Classixx and RAC).
