Progress: New Balance 1300 GN - Made in U.S.A.

Progress has come out with the latest shoes from New Balance the past month. The most recently released is the New Balance 1300 GN - Made in U.S.A. sneaker which was part of the Fall/Winter 2012 collection of New Balance. The 1300 GN was made in some new and fresh colorway - navy and grey; the shoe features an upper of nubuck with nylon mesh underlays and a spice of 3M is added at the back of the shoe to give it more of a retro feel. We Legendary: Nike SB November Release

It's that time of the month when we go to our favorite skate shop We Legendary and buy some sneakers. This month's Nike SB release is made up of Janoskis in three colorways; sequoia / filbert / white, black / terra cotta, and soft grey / black and a Challenge Court SB in black / purple with prices at 3,895 and 3,495 for Janoskis and the Challenge Courts respectively. The pack is available at all We Legendary branches starting today at 2pm.

Most High Co. x Ice Rocks

The collaboration shirt between Most High Co and hip-hop act Ice Rocks is finally available. The collaborators came up with a cool tee representing both parties really well. Check out the instructions here on how to buy this tee. Lookbook posted after the break.

Flying Dutchman Flagship Store Opening

Flying Dutchman, a known independent menswear shoe brand is about to open the doors for their flagship store at The Collective. They will be releasing an anniversary collection with a re-stock of their previous pieces. Also, they will launch a new counterpart line that will be catered to women called, Flying Duchess. Drop by The Collective this coming November 17, 2012 at around 6pm, enjoy music by SuperMikki, Migs Fuckin' A and The Miggle, and some more event happenings. More details here.

From NYC To MNL: WIP Caps & Platform Talks Present Jeff Staple

Last October 30, Staple's very own founder and creative director Jeff Ng or widely known as Jeff Staple, made time to visit us here in Manila to check the culture out here and present a brief talk on success and failure. The afternoon started with a chill Nix Damn P set before the main man taking on the stage talking about Staple Design's early days, to Jeff's countless near death experiences and his idea for a business to emulate them, and finally, on how to and what measures success. It was a short but very insightful talk, leaving the audience inspired and refreshed to continue to do what they are passionate about. The Q & A session was very informative as the audience asked various questions on their struggle in the creative industry, his lifestyle and work ethic. They were answered by Jeff intelligently. He also signed Staple merchandise and took photos with the audience after the talk, interacting with the people that he inspires, influences and also learns from. We definitely hope that this is not the first and last time the Pigeon will land in Manila.

Supra Asian Tour 2012 Hits The Philippines

The Supra crew invades the Philippines next week as part of their Asian Tour. They'll start with a store visit at Bratpack in Greenbelt 5 on November 9. Then on November 10, they'll be at Shoe Salon and Res Toe Run in Trinoma before doing a skate demo at Center of Gravity in Centris, Quezon City. They'll cap off that date with a night of booze and high fives at Urban Athletics in Greenbelt 3. Aside from those scheduled activites, you should regularly check out Supra Philippines' facebook page to know which local spots the crew will hit for some surprise demos and video sessions.
